Renee Staed, RN Executive Director
Renee received her BSN from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982 and practiced Community Nursing from 1982 until 1999 when she started her own Private Duty Nursing Company. In 2002, Renee and her husband, Greg, started Advocate Homes in order to fulfill a need for housing for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Holly Dickison, CSW Assistant Executive Director
Holly completed her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Before joining Advocate Homes in 2002, Holly worked as a social worker at the Senior Citizens’ Center in Danville, and has experience in community social work with Caretenders of the Bluegrass and Hospice. Holly is our assistant executive director and her responsibilities include monitoring of all the plans that are in place for our residents. These include all support plans and behavior plans.

Meredith Young-Hannah, BSW Case Manager
Meredith joined the Advocate Homes team in July 2008. Meredith earned her Bachelor’s of Social work at Western Kentucky University in December of 2000. She brings a wealth of experience in the field of social work having worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters for many years. She has spent the last year specializing with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Meredith shares the case management work load with Tonya and Stephaine.

Tonya Campbell, BSW Case Manager
Tonya Campbell joined with staff of Advocate Homes in May 2008. Tonya received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in May 2008 at Eastern Kentucky University and quickly became employed with Harrodsburg Health Care. It was there that Tonya became very knowledgeable when it came to working with individuals and their families. Tonya is part of a great team of case managers who are dedicated to assisting our individuals and their families.

Stephaine Jordan Bolton, BS Case Manager
Stephaine came to work at Advocate Homes in June 2008 as a case manager. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2003. Before coming to Advocate Homes Stephaine worked in the SCL program at an agency in Richmond for over four years. She worked her way up from a Residentail and ADT staff member to a Case Manager. Most recently she worked for a home health agency in Lincoln County serving patients under the Home and Community Based Waiver. Stephaine shares the case management load with two other very experienced case managers who share her love of our individuals and desire to see them excel to their fullest potential.

Stacy Newby Nighttime/Weekend Manager
Stacy has recently been promoted to the position of Nighttime/Weekend Manager. She has worked in Advocate Homes since 2002 and has a combined 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Stacy schedules our residential staff and worked with each home to assure the individuals in our program are working towards their goals.

Rebecca White ADT Director
Rebecca joined Advocate Homes in 2003 with 14 years of experience working with adults with disabilities. She was quickly promoted to the director of our Adult Day Training Program. Rebecca monitors all activities, work, and recreation for our individuals.

Greg Staed Chief Financial Officer
Greg is the co-owner and CFO of Advocate Homes. Greg spent 24 years in the banking industry before retiring recently to work full time as the chief financial officer of Advocate Homes.
|
Advocate Homes now employs close to 30 staff members that are dedicated to our residents. These staff members have been with us for a number of years, as we have experienced a very low turnover rate. They are a caring group of individuals that are dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.
